Tin-Plated Copper Alloy Coil - C5191

Alloy: C5191 Sheet form: Coil
Application
- Electronic industry: Used in electrical connections, connectors, and electronic components thanks to its mechanical strength and elasticity.
- Mechanical industry: Used in the production of springs, bearings, and parts requiring high durability and abrasion resistance.
- Marine industry: Used in marine equipment due to its ability to resist corrosion in seawater.
Hardness
H, EH, 1/2H
Certification
AS9100, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015
Standard
JIS, EN, ASTM (AMSE, ANSI), AMS, GB/T
Chemical composition (%)
C5191 contains about 93-95% copper (Cu), 4-6% tin (Sn), and a small amount of phosphorus (P) about 0.03-0.35%. Phosphorus enhances the mechanical properties and wear resistance of alloys.
Physical properties:
- High strength: C5191 has high tensile strength and hardness, making it a good choice for load-bearing applications.
- Resilience: This alloy has good elasticity, making it an ideal material for springs and elastic parts.
- Electrical and thermal conductivity: Although lower than pure copper, C5191 still has quite good electrical and thermal conductivity.
