C1100 alloy is mainly copper (Cu) with very high purity, usually over 99.9%, containing almost no impurities or other alloying elements.
Physical properties:
- Very high electrical and thermal conductivity: C1100 has the highest electrical and thermal conductivity of any copper alloy, making it the top choice for electrical and thermal applications.
- Easy to process: C1100 is easy to process, including cutting, bending, and welding, helping to produce high-precision products.
- Corrosion resistance: With high purity, C1100 also has good corrosion resistance, especially in environments with few impurities.
